International Blues Challenge (IBC)
We are very excited to announce that we will be representing the Smoky Mountain Blues Society at the 23rd annual IBC
held in Memphis, TN
February 1-3! The IBC is the world's largest gathering of blues bands. As you can imagine, it takes a bit of cash to
take an entire band to
Memphis for 3 days. And, we would not be going if not for the kindness and generosity of our fans. From the bottom of our collective heart,
we would like to extend our deepest gratitude to those of you who have contributed to our "Off to Memphis" fund. Please join us on January 27
at Sassy Ann's for our send-off party! For more information about the IBC, click here

Boomsday 2006
We have been asked to close out the show on Sunday, September 3rd for Knoxville's Boomsday celebration. We are very excited
about the opportunity to perform in front of the thousands of people who come out for one of the largest fireworks displays in the Southeast!
We hit the stage at 7:45pm for a 1:15 set. About 1/2 hour later the fireworks will start. For those of you who are familiar with Knoxville,
the stage will be directly across from the former Tennessee Grill, near the UT Stadium. For more information visit www.boomsday.org.

More Tunes Added Today!
We have added 2 more songs to the "Tunes" page. Both are taken from our hour long performance on WETS-FM's "Studio One" program
in April of 2006. It was our first live radio performance, and we had a blast that day! Dave Carter, the show's host, and Mike Strickland
the sound engineer, made us feel right at home. It was a great start to what turned out to be a fantastic day in Johnson City,
Tennessee, capped off with our performance at the "Little Chicago Blues Festival" at the Down Home. Enjoy!

New Photos!
A HUGE update of 95 pics can now be found on our picture page. These photos are from our performance at the "Sharin' the Blues Benefit"
in October of 2005. The event featured an evening of great performances from various local blues acts and also an auction, with
all proceeds going to support musicians in the Gulf-States who were hit hard by hurricane Katrina. A big thank you to Ray Brown for
those pics! And, remember, if you have any shots of us, any at all, send 'em in!

The annual "Best of Knoxville" winners have been announced, and for the first time, Jenna & the Joneses have
been named
"Knoxville's Best Blues Band"! This is a very special honor for us, since the winner is determined
by a write-in ballot. It is very gratifying and extremely humbling to think that when Knoxvillians think of the
"best blues
band," they think of us! Thank you so much to all who voted for us! And congratulations to all of the other winners!
